Unexpected kindness from the staff
We had a warm welcome at the reception, and the food was often freshly cooked, with delightful options like pancakes and omelettes. Martin the barman was particularly friendly, always having a drink ready for us.
The rooms felt dusty, and the showers barely worked. The location is quite far from the main attractions, making it less convenient for exploring.

nice staff but room cleanliness needs attention
The staff were genuinely nice and provided helpful assistance throughout our stay. The food selection was impressive with plenty of variety, catering to different tastes. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful pool view from our room, which enhanced our relaxation experience.
The overall cleanliness of the room was a concern, as there were dusty corners that were overlooked.

Amazing place with free wi-fi, a bar/lounge, and an outdoor swimming pool. The staff even returned my forgotten earphones on my first visit. Don't miss the good dining options! I'm coming back for a new year.

Our room was a mixed bag. While spacious, it had noticeable issues like dusty corners and a shower that barely functioned at times. Dining options were underwhelming, giving off a strong vibe of catering more towards Russian tastes, which left many British guests-including myself-grasping for suitable meals. There was also a strange lack of evening activities. The pool cleanliness left something to be desired, with cups and debris lingering around during peak hours, which wasn't ideal.

The Standard Double Room was decent but had some issues. It felt clean overall, but some amenities were lacking. The lack of a working fridge in the room was a surprise. I liked the balcony, but the view was somewhat obscured. There were some funky smells that hinted at not being maintained well.

Canny lush place for a family. Loved the stunning view from our room and the beach was just a proper dream. Only downside was the pool felt a bit busy at times. But honestly, we had a canny time!

I had a pleasant time at The One Club. The pool area looked stunning, surrounded by green mountains. My room was quite spacious and cleaned every day, which I appreciated. Breakfast started early and had freshly made options that I enjoyed. Staff at the bar provided personalized service, especially Martin, who made some delightful cocktails. The beach was a short ride away with a convenient shuttle service. the food lacked variety, especially for British tastes. There wasn’t much evening entertainment, which left the nights feeling a bit dull. The shower in my room had issues, barely working at times, and the overall cleanliness could be better. One day, I noticed dust in the corners and on the shelves. Plus, the language barrier with some staff was a bit frustrating, making communication challenging. Still, the atmosphere felt relaxing, and I made some new friends during my stay.
