The hotel's location was marvellous, not far from green leafy mountains, the beach and plage and the sea. Besides, a cubical shrine was 3 km away from the property. There were comfy beds and a safe box, a minibar, and multi-channel TV inside the room.
Their staff were completely unhelpful.

The family-friendly atmosphere, excellent facilities for children, friendly and helpful staff, fun water slide, amazing sandy beach, convenient location of family rooms near the pool. The manager even went above and beyond to accommodate our baby's preferences. We highly recommend this calm and wonderful place for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I had an amazing time at this hotel in the hills above Sarigerme. The location was perfect, with stunning views and a shuttle service to the beach daily. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained pool and a fun water slide. The staff were friendly and accommodating, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The room was clean and had a nice view. the location was convenient to the main attractions. the pool area was well-maintained and never overcrowded.
The food was disappointing and lacked variety. the staff seemed more attentive to other guests and not very helpful when we needed assistance.
